One of our favorite traditions continues with this legendary ensemble closing the season in a record 35th appearance for CMH. This evening’s program will delight you with Dvořák’s Slavic melodies and rhythms, followed by the austere beauty painted by Shostakovich. Rounding out the program, Mendelssohn will raise your spirits in this quintet of sheer sonic beauty, filled with long, beautiful and lyrical melodies.
