New to our concerts? Here are some frequently asked questions.
Where are the concerts?
All concerts on our subscription series are held in Stude Concert Hall at the Shepherd School of Music on the Rice University campus. Enter the campus from either Rice Blvd or University Blvd as shown on this

Where do I park?
Convenient parking options are available to you. Valet parking may be
pre-purchased
for $14 or paid at the curb for only $15. Self-Parking is only $5 for the evening which is paid at the parking gate by credit/debit card. Please review this

for detailed information on all parking options. Attendants will be at the entry gates should you need assistance.
How long are the concerts?
While performance times vary, concerts typically last about two hours including one intermission.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets may be purchased

, by phoning 713-348-5400 or at the box office in the foyer. We accept payment with all major credit cards, checks and cash.
I need accessible seating. What options do I have?

I've ordered my tickets, but how will I get them?
Tickets may be mailed if purchased at least one week before the event or held at Will Call, to be picked up the evening of the event.
What if I've purchased tickets, but now I can't attend the concert?
You can donate your tickets by calling 713-348-5400 before 3:00 PM on the day of the concert. An acknowledgment of your gift will be emailed to you. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another concert at no additional charge, depending on seat availability by calling our office.
What about my electronic devices?
The noises and light emitted by cell phones, tablets and other such devices are very distracting. Please turn off any and all of these devices before entering the concert hall.
Is there anywhere to get refreshments?
You may purchase wine, beer, coffee, soft drinks and snacks from the Salento Wine Café in the foyer before the concert and during intermission.
